Each one of us is fearfully and wonderfully made. The next time you are together with a big group of people, take a moment to gaze around at each person’s face. Take time to notice how unique each person is. Not one is the same as another. Not even an identical twin will be the same as another. That we are not all the same is extremely profound. God loves each one of us so much that we are infinitely unique. There is even a part of the brain, the fusiform face area, that helps us distinguish the uniqueness of others, especially by their faces. The fusiform face area is located on the underside of the temporal lobe. Each one of us is wonderfully made and God has given us the gift to help recognize it.
